Scheelite Concentrate Plant


China is the big country with tungsten resources, accounting for 51% of tungsten ore reserves of the world. Nature of tungsten have been found more than 20 kinds of minerals, of which the largest is the industrial value of scheelite and wolframite, and wolframite after a long period of mining, which has been slightly less conservative reserves, so this part is only for scheelite ore resources sorting and research.

Scheelite (CaWO4) is a calcium tungsten, whose chemical composition of WO3 80.6%, CaO 16.4%. Scheelite more brittle toughness, hardness is generally 5 to 5.5, a density of 6.8, non-magnetic, the color is white. From the beginning of the 1970s, scheelite flotation has made great progress, most have adopted the flotation processing plant, such as Tempe Utes, Samdhong, Jiu Ke, Golden Island, and other selected plants have adopted the flotation process plant.


Last few days, one of our clients from Korea that visited our factory for their scheelite recover processing plant. They mining the scheelite rock from mine area also recycle the waste rock from that a few years before. XTA machine is best to sorting the rock. The better rock will use crushing, grinding then use gravity concentrate plant to concentrate it, after the gravity processing plant, they get the scheelite with more than 65% purity WO3. Then use the wet type magnetic separator to separate the magnetite iron. After the magnetic separation plant, they will use the flotation machine to concentrate again to separate the As from the concentrate. The plant with full design and all use the best quality equipment. They come to our factory check and confirmed our spiral and shaking table. The spirals is big capacity for the rough of the scheelite, and use the shaking table to concentrate it again. Their capacity required is 80t/h, so we design a plant for 16 pics spirals to do it, and they choose the double gold shaking table to concentrate it. After their order, our machinery technical will go to their mine area for the installation guidance in Korea.

Crushing plant for rock ore processing

The purpose of ore crushing and grinding is grinding and size classification to reduce the ore down to a fine particle size. Generally the complete ore crushing plant consists of jaw crusher, ball mill classifier, magnetic separator, flotation machines, thickener, dryers and other major equipment, such as vibrating feeder, bucket elevator and belt conveyor. This production line feature with high efficiency, low energy, high capacity, economical and so on.

The primary crusher reduces ore from the trucks to 8-inches or less. That material goes to the primary stock pile directly that you see crushed rock falling onto in your image. Two conveyors (out of view to the right in your image) pull this material directly into each SAG mill where it is combined with water and mill balls (as needed). Big raw ores are feed to the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder machine for primary crushing.


After primary crushing, the material will be transferred to other crushers by belt conveyor for secondary crushing, and then the crushed materials will be transferred to vibrating screen for separating. Final, the materials will be transferred into the ball mill evenly for ore grinding.

Dry high intensity magnetic separator


The device is a Dry Intensified Magnetic Separator, applicable for separations of ilmenite, rare earth ore, chromite, tungsten and tin ores, limonite, columbium and tantalum ores, zircon, rutile, monazite, andalusite, garnet, kyanite, feldspar, quartz and other minerals with magnetic differences or removal of iron in nonmetallic minerals.
4 varieties of products can be obtained by separation of the device.

Main device comprises feeding unit, weak magnetic roller, drive part, material conveying apparatus, magnetic disk, electromagnetic system, frame and others. The electric control section consists of components of control, voltage regulation, rectification, instrument and so on. It features compact structure, stable performance, easy installation and convenient operation and maintenance.

Iron ore dressing plant, iron jig gravity separator, iron jig washer



 Iron ore magnetic separator
There are magnetic iron ore like magnetite and weak magnetic iron ore like liminite, hematite, specularite, and for these two kinds of different iron ore, different upgrading way will be involved. For manganetic iron ore, magnetic separator is prior to be considered to get the high grade iron concentrate. But if magnetic separation is still used for the weak magnetic iron beneficiation, a large plant investment will be needed because it needs strong intensity Iron ore magnetic separator to work. However, here gravity separation can also work for the weak magnetic iron ore. So when the gravity separation can be used? Firstly, the inlay size of iron granules shall be coarse with clear bounds with the other gangue, and crushing can dissociate the iron grain from the raw gangue. Second, there shall be density difference between the iron granules and the other inlayed gangue. On both conditions, the iron ore can be upgrading by gravity separation machine. Here the iron jig machine has been introduced as the ideal separation gravity separation for weak magnetic iron ore. Test can be done if samples about 15kg can be available.

Magnetic test tube / Davis tube

Magnetic test tube has just added in our products line, in order to meet some of our customer’s needs.

The magnetic separator tube is special designed to test and define the magnetic intensity of the test mineral. Which is been widely used in iron, coal mining test lab. 
This equipment is working under wet condition, the water feeding from the yellow plastic hopper with solid mineral powder.

Operating process
1. install and check the machine is in good condition
2. prepare a 1 liters glass cup.
3. add 20 gram mineral power with 500ml water, and small amount of alcohol, mixing it and place it at least 5 minute.
4.  set the magnetic intensity as requirement.
5.  use the clip to close the small hose, put one basin under the hose mouth,  then start the machine. 
6.  add water to the glass tube until the water over the magnet head about 50mm.
7.  add the mixture into the tube.
8.  open the clip, so the non-magnetic powder will go with the water, and the magnetic mineral stay in the tube.
9.  add water little by little from the top of the tube until all the non-magnetic powder go away.

10. stop the machine and wash the magnetic mineral from the tube.
