Recently one of our customer from Iran want
to build a gravity Centrifugal
gold concentrator plant for the lead and copper. The customer has 2
mine area, all of them is the rock ore. The first one is rock lead ore, the
analysis report shows the lead ore with 3.2% lead and 27g/t silver grade. And
the other copper ore with 8.54% copper, 32g/t silver. These 2 mine area is rich
of lead and copper. The customer want to choose the gravity concentrate plant,
caused the gravity plant is more environmental friendly plant than flotation
concentrate plant.
As their purpose, they want to get the lead
at least up grade to 20% copper concentrate,
50% lead concentrate and get silver concentrate from the tailings. As
our engineers experience is just a few difficult to up the grade concentrate.
According this situation our engineers talked so much and finally have a plant
design flowchart drawing. We configurated the plant including crushing part,
grinding part, classifier part and concentrate part. For the plant design our
engineers discussion, the gravity plant calculate get the concentrate lead
around 25-40%, and the copper concentrate about 18%. The plant including use
coarse jaw crusher, fine jaw crusher, ball mill, spiral classifier and shaking
table. Use the ball mill can get the fine particle size less than 0.074mm, and
the shaking
table use the fine deck to get the concentrate lead and copper.
Our customer is interest in our plant, and
they will have a factory visit. Before the order, they also need get more
information from our factory, especially in gravity plant concentrate, our
factory have many years in this field, so we can do the best for our customer.

engineers to get confirmation for the plant design.
